Sound familiar?

Travel shouldn't cost you your health.

Long days, odd hours and gyms that look different every night make it easy to fall off. Carry-On Fitness takes the planning off your plate so the hour you have actually counts.

Limited weight selection?

Built-in progressions like slow lowering, pauses and 1.5 reps keep you getting stronger without the need for heavier weights.

The van leaves at 5 a.m.?

Swap in a bodyweight workout or 10 minutes of mobility in your room and keep your streak alive.

No signal in the basement gym?

Once it's on your home screen, the app works fully offline. Your plan, timers and logs don't need Wi-Fi.

A different city every night?

Your program, logs and personal records come with you, so day 3 of a trip builds on day 2, wherever you land.

40-second tour

See it in action.

From hotel gym check-in to your first personal record, here's how a 30-minute Carry-On Fitness workout fits into a travel day.

Built for people in motion

If home is wherever you're staying tonight.

Pilots and aircrew

Irregular schedules, early show times and short layovers. Sessions flex to the time you have, and the mobility work targets the hips, back and neck that long duty days punish.

Road warriors

Consultants, sales teams, field techs and anyone on the road most of the month. Same plan in every hotel, so you stop starting over every Monday.

Commuters

Long drives and train rides leave little time. Thirty-minute bodyweight sessions and ten-minute mobility fit around the commute, not the other way around.

Minimal-equipment lifters

Apartment gyms, a set of dumbbells at home, or a bench in the garage. If you have the basics, you have a complete program.

PLAN THAT FINALLY WORKED

About the developer

Necessity is the mother of invention.

I'm on the road 18 to 20 days a month. For a long time, that meant my fitness lived in a constant state of "starting over." I'd find a routine at home, then spend the next three weeks in hotels where the gym was a rack of mismatched dumbbells, a treadmill facing the wall, and a bench that had seen better days.

Every program I tried assumed I had a barbell, a cable machine, or a consistent schedule. I had none of those. I'd walk in tired after a long day, stare at the equipment, do a few half-hearted sets, and leave feeling like I'd wasted the time. That frustration added up, and so did the toll on my energy, my sleep and my health.

So I built the plan I wished I'd had: a real, progressive program designed around exactly what hotel gyms actually have. Then I turned it into an app that tells me what to do, keeps track of my numbers, and works even when the Wi-Fi doesn't.

If you're reading this from a hotel bed with a 5 a.m. alarm set, I get it. Carry-On Fitness is for you.

Questions

Before you board.

What does it cost?

Carry-On Fitness is free to use during early access.

What equipment do I need?

Dumbbells from 5 to 50 pounds, a treadmill and an adjustable bench, which is what most hotel gyms have. No ab mat? Every ab mat exercise in the app has a no-mat option. On days you can't get to the gym, Bodyweight 30 needs no equipment at all.

Do I need an account?

No. Open the app and start. Your logs, personal records and progress are saved on your phone.

Does it really work offline?

Yes. Open it once with a connection and add it to your home screen. After that, your plan, timers and logs all work without internet. Exercise demo videos need a connection.

Is my data private?

Your workout data stays on your device. It isn't uploaded or shared. Clearing your browser data or switching phones will reset your logs.

I'm new to lifting. Is this for me?

Yes. Weeks 1–4 focus on learning the movements, every exercise has a demo, and weight suggestions are based on what you actually lift. Check with your doctor before starting any new exercise program.

Can I miss a day?

Life on the road happens. Tap Skip workout and the program moves on. Your next weight suggestions adjust so you ease back in.
