By using carryonfitness.com or the Carry-On Fitness web app (together, the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The first time you open the app, a "Before you start" screen asks you to confirm that you're eligible to use the Service, that you've read these terms, and that you understand and accept the risks of exercise. You can't use the app until you confirm. If these terms change, you'll be asked to confirm again.
Carry-On Fitness provides general fitness information. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for guidance from a doctor or qualified professional. Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant. Stop exercising immediately and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness or shortness of breath.
You are responsible for using equipment safely, choosing appropriate weights, and checking that hotel or gym equipment is in good condition before using it. Weight suggestions in the app are estimates based on what you log and may not be right for you on a given day.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you're under 18, you may use it only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who has read and agreed to these terms on your behalf and who takes responsibility for your use of the Service.
Exercise carries inherent risks, including muscle strains, sprains, joint and back injuries, falls, injuries from equipment, and, in rare cases, heart problems or death. Using hotel or gym equipment that you don't own or control adds risks of its own. You choose to follow the program and perform any exercise voluntarily, and you knowingly accept all of these risks, whether known or unknown.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Carry-On Fitness and its owner from any claim for injury, illness, loss or damage arising from your use of the Service or from any exercise you perform, including claims based on ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence, willful or intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot be released under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carry-On Fitness and its owner from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms.
Workout data is stored on your device. You're responsible for it, and it may be lost if you clear your browser data or change devices. See our privacy policy for details.
When you submit a review and consent to its publication, you give Carry-On Fitness permission to display, lightly edit for length or clarity without changing its meaning, and use it on our website and in promotion of the Service. We decide which reviews to publish and may remove any review at any time.
The Carry-On Fitness name, logo, program, app, and website content belong to Carry-On Fitness. Linked third-party content, such as YouTube videos, belongs to its owners.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and may update these terms. If we introduce paid features, any pricing and billing terms will be shown before you pay.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carry-On Fitness makes no warranties about the Service and is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Service or from any exercise you perform. Some places don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
